Wednesday 28th October 2009 Seaton
While ringing at Seaton this morning I was surprised to find this pristine
Clouded Yellow (Colias croceus) basking on dead Fleabane. This is the
latest record of this species for Seaton ( as far as I know!) (Norman M)
Wednesday 28th October 2009 Sandwich Bay Area
Parasol Fungi (Macrolepiota procera) was showing well this morning and
a Comma Butterfly was seen around the gullies, there were a few
Common Darters around the back of the Elms. (Gadget)

On
Sunday 25th October around the Elms area at Sandwich Bay this (Male)

Sunday 25th October 2009 Ramsgate Cemetery
A brief whizz around the
Cemetery this morning in beautiful sunshine produced very little only 2
butterflies both Red Admirals a few Bumble Bees, and some
Grey Squirrels all around the place. (Gadget)
Tuesday 6th October 2009 Ebbsfleet
I Observed 2 Brown Hare's romping around a field this morning
along side the Ebbsfleet Lane, (Gadget)

Old Hoverport Thanet
A brief whizz around the
Hoverport at lunchtime produced 7 Clouded Yellows, other than that a
few Painted Ladies, Small and Large Whites. (F Solly)
