I got a chance to get some images of a Buff-tailed (or Earth)
Bumblebee, Bombus terrestris, today. It is the third time I have
recorded this species in 2012, the first sighting being on January 26th!

Saw a Red Admiral in the back garden today,
along with a single Ladybird.
