There were 2 macro moths
in the traps when I checked them earlier - the 5th Red-line Quaker of
the autumn and a Blair's Shoulder-knot. The only micro's were a few
Light-brown Apple Moths - as you might expect. (Phil M)
Wednesday 7th November 2007 Pegwell Trap
Night of 6/11. A truly mouth-watering selection of moffs in the Pegwell
trap - quite surprising given the conditions. The delights were singles of;
November Moth, Feathered Thorn, Lesser Yellow Underwing, Black
Rustic, Blair's Shoulder-knot, Feathered Ranunculus, Satellite, Eudonia
angustea and LBAM. Now that’s got you all desperate to put
your traps back on! (F Solly)
Tuesday 6th November

Only 2 macro moths in the
traps overnight - a Feathered Thorn and another Red-line Quaker.
Months of 'nothingness' ahead - 'tis all doom and gloom for moths fellow
humans. (Phil M)
